With our flexo printing and coating capability, we can colour wash labels stocks to produce tinted labels to any colour required. Should your labels need a black registration mark on the reverse, we can produce these with our flexo press.
We have invested in equipment that can produce small rolls on 19mm (3/4") cores for mobile printers that are used in retail and warehousing environments.
A wide range of adhesives are available from the standard permanent to peelable adhesives, wash off adhesives, freezer adhesives and high tack hot melts. We custom manufacture all our labels so if you do require labels please get in touch and we will be more than happy to discuss your requirements further.
We also manufacture plain thermal transfer labels for all the most popular thermal printers such as Datamax, Zebra, TEC, Intermec and many more. We also make inkjet labels for the Epson, Primera and Memjet based printers.
Direct Thermal Label Materials:
Direct thermal – thermal paper labels are for short term use, minimal resistance to marking or smudging and contact should be avoided with moisture, oil and fats. These are ideal for shipping labels due to their cheap pricing.
Top coated direct thermal – offers a protective surface coat on one side to prevent smudging / scuffing and greater durability towards solvents and grease, and can be a cheaper alternative to thermal transfer printing.
